Event goals:
Age requirements: Participants must be aged 18 or over. Adults wishing to ride with a child under 18 must register in the “Participant with a child” category. There is no set distance for this category, and the child does not need to register separately. The accompanying adult is responsible for the child’s safety.
Entry fee: UAH 1,200
Discounted entry: As VELOCROOCHA is a charity event, there are no standard concession categories. To request consideration of individual circumstances, please email kyivska.sotka@gmail.com using the exact subject line:

Medical insurance: We recommend taking out personal medical insurance that covers your cycling activity on the day of your ride.

Results and finisher rewards:
Results will be listed in participant-number order rather than ranked by completion time. The final results list will include all registered participants, showing their age, distance completed, and completion time.
All participants who submit their ride results will receive a small event pack and a finisher’s medal. Packs will be sent using an available delivery method suitable for the recipient. Delivery costs are paid by the recipient.

- A link to your Strava activity or an attached image of your recorded route. The submitted link or image will not be published.
